=) cool, actually I commented on a lot of your older posts b/c i didn't realize I wasn't on your most up to date set. >.< dohhh, basically, I really like the old way the hair was (after the first revision). I think that she is now too high up in the picture, seems a little unbalanced because there's all this blank space below her. And yeah, purple and green?!? Whhhaat! And what's with the linage inbetween her boobs?? I know I know, that's the superhero thing right...but...purple and green? .....
Let's see, I really like the boots, they're cute. Get rid of the inbetween boob line. Perhaps get rid of all the green all-together...(lines) but if you really want them, put the line right around her chest under the boobs. For a chick that is more flattering. I would get rid of the shoulder pads too...so 80s =P Haha I dunno this is just me being a nit-pick.
I guess if her hair is red, then definitely colours like green would be good, and perhaps even gold. It depends on the combo, though, with the red hair. I think gold, green, and red would be good. Or maybe stick with her theme of cold/hot. Sky blue as main with orange accents. Hope that helps ^^;; I guess basically it's an issue of fashion which girls tend to pick on ahhaa

I agree with you 100% on the costume thing. In my original pen sketch she didnt have any of that on her, i kinda threw that stuff on there without much though. Except for the boobline... i thought that would be cool!
The boob line...... i dunno i figured hey why not. You know superheros have retarded costumes right...thats my excuse:D lol
